2000 Dodge Intrepid Car wont come out of park sometimes

Hi:
The park interlock is actuated by the brake light switch. When you hit the brakes, the switch tells the lock you have your foot on the brakes and it's safe to shift from park. The next time this happens, check to see if the brake lights are working. If not, replace the brake light switch or check it for adjustment.
