I have a Dodge Intrepid that surges at a dead stop with the A/C on or off. In park, I experience the same problem. Any suggestions? Thank you

Could be oxygen sensor, idle air control motor, throttle position sensor, EGR valve, vacuum leaks and fuel pressure problems-
