i think its at the fuel rail how do i get to it?

You need to remove the plenum to access that area. Please keep in mind, any fuel leak is dangerous. Also, chances are it isn't the fuel rail but an injector or rubber hose.

I actually pulled out the cross support [between strut towers] found the plastic high pressure in line cracked,dealer says line from tank to rail, but looking at repair kits but only listed to 2007,you'd think u could cut n stick some hi press line in place of the plastic?

They do make high pressure rubber fuel line, but if you try to tighten it on the plastic, it will crush the plastic and leak. Are you sure it is going to the tank? If I recall, that is a steel line.
