1998 Dodge Intrepid AC not working

Is the compressor cycling?

I cannot tell if compressor is cycliying. Air slightly comes our if I press the recirculation botton the snow flake icon comes on. I turn them off and air slightly comes out. Is there a way I can test the compressor?

I have one more question. Is the blower motor in the vehicle the problem or is it working but the air isn't cold?

Yes the air gets cold and the blower works when it wants to. I can get in and start up, the air works fine for about 10-15 min then just quit. I get no code when I do the self-diagnostic, I am not sure what is going on. One thing is for sure, I have to find out because I can roll down the windows now, but when its cold, I'll need heat.

I understand. I'm not sure where you are, but I'm in PA and we need the heat too during the winter.

Since it is the blower motor that is the problem, it is only one of a few things, relay, resister, bad ground, switch or motor. What I recommend is this. When the motor stops working, you need to check to see if there is power getting to it. It is behind the glove box. If there is power, the motor is bad or there is a bad ground. If there is no power, we need to work backwards from that point to the resister, relay, then switch. Let me know what you find with the motor.
