When it is cold or wet, my car has several issues. The blower fan on the heat/ac doesn't work, windows wont roll down, and the air bag and ABS lights remain on. As the temp. rises and dries out all start working. Tried checking fuses but all are fine and all the above operate off different fuses. Any ideas?
