1997 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl
1997 3.3 engine. Gets no Spark and No fuel. Have replaced iac sensor. Blowes fuses when alternator is plugged in. Turns over but won't start. How do I check to make sure there is power to the PCM? I don't want to replace the PCM and then find out there is an electrical problem.
