I just had the rear hub replaced on my intrepid. Before replacing the hub had tendancy to get hot on any length of trip. After replacing the hub still gets hot even only going a few miles. ??? Brakes are good and not rubbing what else could be the problem?

Hello,

first off what was the reason for changing the hub?

did you compare all hub temps, they will all get hot do to heat transfer from braking that is normal.

if it has rear disk brakes have you check the e-brake to make sure it is not engaged or sticking.
