Sometimes the fuse for my radiator fan blows and then my car overheats and the coolant is let out. Today, however, the same fuse was replaced three times today and kept blowing. The coolant had been refilled, but why does the fuse keep blowing? Also, the heat in my car comes on and off when this happens. Why? (If it helps, it is now zero degree whether where I live.)

There could be a few reasons why the fuse keeps blowing. Either the fan motor is shorting internally, or its wiring is touching ground and blowing its fuse. There is a relay involved, its another place it may occur. It's wiring circuit may have something that is necessary for your blower to operate also. Shorts, especially intermittant, are one of the most difficult electrical problems to find. Now that it keeps blowing you should be able to isolate this problem. If you need any id help let me know, ok.
The website offers wire identifications if you need to know how they are run, and their colors.
