This morning the steering started acting up. When I pulled out of the garage I noticed a pool of liquid. I refilled the power steering fluid as the level was very low. The fluid appeared to leak right back out.

How do I best determine the source of the problem? Whether it is the pump? O-rings? Hose?

Money is very very tight right now and don't have money to waste on fixing something that is not the problem. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm a single mom with three children recovering from two hospitalizations.

Hi:
Here is what I want you to do. Dry everthing off and then refill the unit. See if you can tell where it's coming from. Let me know. Chances are it's the high pressure hose, but I need to be sure so let me know what you see.

Merry Christmas, and tell your children I said the same.
