First off let me say i am very mechanically smart when it comes to repairs.anyway,i have bled the brakes as im supposed to after installing new rotors,pads,drums,shoes etc..There is a light on the dash that says "P ! brake"(like its telling me the parking brake is on)its not tho. when this happens i have barely any braking power like im pushing on flat ground with no travel.the pedal does not go to the floor.when the light goes off(when it does), the brakes work just fine with no problems.
There is a vibrating motor sound coming from the area around the power booster that you can also feel thru the brake pedal once in awhile when it does do it.i am very comfortable working on it, if i new what to really look for or replace i would do it.i really cant afford to take it into a shop for a diagnose cause i just became disabled and money is extremely tight now. if anyone can please give me a few clues as to what to look for,or test, or replace i would greatly be thankful.... dwayne from redding ca. you can email me at [email protected] if you need to talk to me personally i will call you..
