Engine Cooling problem
1990 Dodge Dynasty 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I do not find the water pump drive pulley..so I can locate it ...Is it driven by the timing belt..If so which side of the engine will I find it I know their usaly in the center above the crankshaft...?
