Error Code P0305..need help ASAP

I know this code means that cylinder 5 is misfiring but how can i fix it?

Would changing the spark plugs help out or do i need to do something else?

i know this may sound weird but i would try resetting the comp.or erasing the code because some of the comp. in the newer vechiles are so picky they are actually too picky or should i say the software is . usually if you have a bad plug or spark plug wire you will know it.
