2005 Dodge Durango Battery Died CD Changer

We replaced the battery in our 2005 Dodge Durango today and now the CD changer doesn't work. The radio works but not the CD changers. Is there a solution to this?

Have you checked all the fuses........might have blown one when u replaced the battery...Check you manual to see if maybe you have a inline fuse also somewhere...and make sure that all the wires are clean on the battery cable also...there might even be a fuse on or maybe even in the changer itself
