fuse panels are what where?

The light on the dash is off when it is turned to AWD position and keeps flashing without going steady when switched to 4lock. It is not unlocking the front wheels when turned to AWD position. the fuses I need to check.

If you look below, I attached the fuse information requested.

When you check a fuse, not only should the fuse be checked, but also power to and from the fuse should be checked.
