My vehicle shakes back and forth when I gently press the brakes at slow speed and also when releasing the brakes (without pressing the accelarator). What could the problem, the anti-lock brakes, the transmission or something else?

Thanks for the quick reply to my question. I do have a follow up question for you if you have the time. I only feel the pulsing at about 1 mph while braking slowly or when I release the brakes and let the vehicle move on it's own. I think I can feel it a little through the brake pedal. Do you think it is still the rotors?

I noticed something new today. Although I notice the shaking at around 1 mph in drive (with or without pressing the brake pedal), when I put the vehicle in neutral, the shaking disappears.

It feels like it is the truck that is shaking. It only happens at very low speed (1-2 mph) when I am not pressing the accelerator or holding the brake lightly (letting the truck pull itself along). When I press the accelerator, the shaking stops. Could this be a transmission problem?

I doubt it
I think you should have it checked by a locale tech just to verify your concern
