when making a left or right turn there is a squeaking noise. where is that noise coming from?

Check the ball joints and tie rod ends. This vehicle has a history of ball joint issues. They're non-greasable and squeak and creak as they age due to lack of lubrication.

If the squeak can be duplicated by bouncing the front suspension, the ball joints are more likely. If it's just turning, then it could be either one and you'll have to get under it to find the squeak.
