Air Conditioning problem

Having an issue with the blower. It will not blower air. It started by only working on High but has not stopped altogether. I checked the fuse block both on the side panel and under the hood. The air conditioner light will come on when engaged but the blower will not come on. There is no problem with the rear unit it works fine.
