i changed my rear brakes about a year ago and since then the rear brades have been sticking i've gone through 2 sets of shoes i have also changed all of the componets in the drum housing new springs and so on when i need to take off the drum i have to crack the bleeder to release the preasure off the rear brakes it seems that something is not letting the fluid return back to the mastercyllinder after i hit the brakes thank you
