My truck has no spark. I pulled the battery and was disconnecting the cable from the fuse block when I received a shock. It is not static because each time I touch the wrench to the nut, I get another shock. What would cause this?

Hi there,

With no battery connected the only thing that i can think of that may discharge is a capacitor in the SRS system, bur these discharge with in a few secs, I would put an amp meter across it to see if it is a constant current, you do not have a second battery do you?
