1999 Dodge Durango, the computer will not communicate with any shop scanners, the vehicle failed smog because the tech could not retrieve any of the onboard computer information. The car runs good with no problems at all. We have tried different scanners with different adapters and there just is no response. Checked all fuses and did wigle tests to no avail. Can you help us.???
