bypass hose

Engine problem V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

How in the heck do you replace the water pump bypass hose with out having to remove the alternator/ac pump bracket?????

Without seeing it it's hard to say, may have to remove it. One technique is to cut the hose in half and take one side out at a time....if that is possible....not always possible due to restrictions. You may need a set of long pliers to reattach new one and lightly lube the hose to help its slide on easier but it sounds lime you will need to remove the bracket
