I have a 1991 Dodge Shelby Daytona 2.5 Turbo FI and when engine is good and warm I will stop and shut off the engine. A short time later I come back and in starting the engine there is a white smoke/vapor out the exhaust just for a quick moment, and it smells of antifreeze. This does not happen every time but often enough now. It just started recently. My first thought is that somehow the water pressure leaks into the turbo and when I restart the engine the fluid burns off.
What info or advice can you give me?

That's usually the sign of a blow head gasket. Pressure testing the cooling system may reveal something.
