The truck jerks or the steering wheel jerks? Do you have oversize tires? If so, problem solved. The suspension system is designed for specific size tires.
If this just started, have the steering and suspension system inspected to rule out worn ball joints and tie rod ends. These shouldn't be the problem at this low mileage, so it's more likely one front wheel is out of alignment.
When inspecting the lower ball joints, it IS acceptable to have over 1/8" vertical movement between the ball and socket so don't let anyone tell you they're defective for that reason alone. New ones right from the dealer will look exactly the same. That movement does not cause a problem, but any sideways movement is not acceptable. That movement will make it impossible to keep the wheel in proper alignment.
Also look for loose rack and pinion mounting bolts. The mounting design does not allow much movement to occur, but it still should not be overlooked.
