Shakes or Wobbles problem
2002 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 70.000 miles

Would you pleese help mi idntify the problem. When driving at speed of 55 km/h the truck vibrates and sounds noisy, which feels like source of vibrations is at the centre of truck. Up to this point, drive is smooth and soundless, and after around 70-75 km/h is too.
I have repleced tires, drive shaft u-joints, and checked drive shaft bearing, which is OK.

Hi:
Please have the trans and motor mounts checked to make sure engine vibrations are not transfering to the frame.

Next, do you feel the vibration in the steering or the seat area or both?

Hi, thanks for your response, very appreciated.
I checked engine, transmission and muffler mounts, everything seems to be OK. All the rubber pads look good.
Vibrations are felt in the seat area, if there are any to steering, they are very, very slight and only at speed around 60 km/h.
Thanks again

Hi:
If you feel the vibration in the seat, the problem is most likely coming from the rear tires. Have them checked for ballance, bent rim... also, make sure there isn't excessive play in the differential.

Let me know what you find.
