2000 Dodge Dakota Daytime running lights

My daytime running lights will not turn off. The key will be out, the lights off. I have even had the parking brake on. The only way to get them to turn off is to unhook the battery.

they should have a photo sensor that controls when the turn on and off... if its malfunctioning then it would keep them ON all the time ...or OFF all the time

where would I find the Photo sensor so I could replace it if need be?
