2000 Dodge Dakota a/c unit blows cold then hot then cold et

When I turn the a/c on, sometimes it blows warm air and sometimes it blows cold. It will very at the times it is cold or hot. I have jumped both high and low pressure switches and there is no change. Any ideas?
