When I start my truck I get a large amount of white smoke from the exaust(I'm assuming it is coolant) which subsides after a minute. I have 120-150# of compression on all cylinders, no signs of water in the oil or oil in the coolant. could it still be a head gasket or something else? thanks

Maybe intake manifold gasket failure or a crack in head between the valves.
