I repaired my thermostat that was locked up. In doing so my drive belt was loosened. For the first time in my life I can not find how to tighten my belt on a vehicle. What do and where do I loosen the whatever to tighten the belt?

Your vehicle is equipped with an auto-tensioner. No adjustments are required. If belt is loose then belt probably has stretched. Auto-tensioner may have failed but that is not too common.
