1999 Dodge Dakota starter dead, no click no nothing

asked the question last week regarding starter checks out but wont turn intruck. dash lights and odometer are all dead as well as wipers,batery checks good,new ignition switch installed, also tried to get fault codes and code reader cant link with computer, could computer be dead? only thing in starter circuit not changed is neutral reverse safety switch, rusted into transmission really bad

Welcome to the forum, thanks for the donation. Did you use a testlite and check the circuits at the starter relay. Voltage to terminal 30, load side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to the coil side of relay,terminal 86 according to my info, goes hot with the key in the start position. Make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Any testing at the relay, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is. The neutral switch grounds the coil side of relay in order to energize.
