No sarcasm intended. If you have to ask, it's best left to a professional.

This requires disassembly of the rear axle. You run the risk of breaking the small bolt that holds the large pin in place. These must be removed so you can push the axle shaft in about 1/4". That will allow the clip to fall off so you can pull the shaft out. This is a rather involved time-consuming procedure so most people do both sides right away. Once the axle is apart, it only takes a few more minutes to do the second seal.

The rear brake shoes must also be replaced if they are contaminated. Once they get hot, the grease will soak in and can not be cleaned off. Contaminated linings will cause easy rear wheel lockup.
