the head lights, tail lights. and brake lights dont work. when you try to turn on the lights the tachometer stops working, and the ABS and Brake warning indicator comes on. When You press the horn and hold it on the tachometer goes up to 6000 RPMs, but the engine doesnt rev up. Pressing the horn also makes the ABS and brake light come on. Also when you hit the brake pedal the tachometer stops and the ABS and brake warning light comes on. I checked all fuses, wires and replaced the head light switch. There is power coming to the headlight switch, and when I use the power probe on the head light wire the light go on. What do you think I should do next?

You have a bad ground somewhere. I would start checking at the tail lights and work your way forward.
