1995 Dodge Dakota how do I remove the water pump

Replacing the water pump is an involved process. To try explaining it via the internet allows too much room for error. What I recommend is getting a good repair manual that provides step by step directions and pictures to identify parts. I believe they offer them on this site under "car repair manuals". I was told they are cheaper here than stores, so you may want to check that out.
