The truck seems to run fine till it I reach highway speeds then starts to stall after it starts to stall it stalls in all gears after searching mutiple fourms i did the stupid thing and started shotgunning because it wasn't throwing any codes so so far I have replaced the following a few are unrelated I think but mentined anyway just in case and tested map sensor responded as it should

water pump
hoses
thermostat
coollent temp sensor
egr valve
pcv valve
plugs
wires
cap
rotor bug
coil
o2 sensor
tps

From what i read im down to pick up coi/distrubitor,l asd relay, or fuel pump

am I right in thinking this, and is there a way to test the above. I am running out of shells

Start by checking the fuel pressure, fuel pump could be on its way out

tested pump with regulator pressure was where the book says it should but I have never had an issue with it at idle did go ahead and replace relay still does it also check splice 115 cause I read it could cause issues but it was clean so am not sure where to go cause I think it could still be the pump but also the distributer what do you think and could it be caused by something else

The fuel pressure is within the limits-at highway speed when it stalls does the engine actually stops or just a severe hesistation and picks up again?

when it starts to stall it is a complete loss of acceleration if I leave my foot off the pedal I am able to bearly apply pressure and it will gradually accelerate but if I apply to much it continues to decelerate

Is your check engine light on? If yes turn the key from off to on three times, on the fourth one leave it in the on position, count the flasshes...22 would flash as 2 blinks, then a short puase, then 2 more blinks...if several codes are stored, the pause is longer between codes, code 55 will be the last code...do this and post all codes found...
It sounds like you cataltic converter could be clogged.
check the converter by attaching a vacuum gauge to the intake manifold, leave it running for 5 mins and watch the gauge does it drop? If yes the exhaust is restricted.
