1991 Dodge Dakota No lights

I have a 91 Dodge Dakota that i am trying to put back on the road, however i have no exterior lights at all, and the horn went at the same time as the lights, but im not sure if thats related. Fuses are all good.
Do you have any ideas?

PS. i had removed the battery and put it back in days before this problem occurred.

Inspect and test all the fusible links power has to come here in order to power the electrical system just like a main breaker switch on the house electrical system.
