1989 Dodge Dakota pcv valve has no suction.

I have checked the lines coming from my pcv valve to my manifold and to the line conected to my vacuum hose. all had gunk in them at hte T splitting off at hte manifold i cleaned them adn replaced thevalve itself but i still dont have suction. what could be hte problem?

with lines removed your expecting vaccum? can you get a picture of your setup?

the valve should just be sitting there venting the gases out and till it gets burned. should be no vaccum at pcv with line taken off.
