Where can I purchase the Proportioning Valve

I have a hard time find a proportioning valve for my vehicle, The seals have been leaking. I am trying to find the where is the best website to get old parts or if exist any proportioning valve to get this part (4271382). I get the number from the Dodge parts dealer, this part is already discontinued.
