1987 Dodge Dakota no high beams?

1987 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 210k miles

hi, just replaced my headlights, because before all i had was one low beam...now my low beams are great, but there are no high beams. ive been reading and heard a few people say it might be my high beam relay. if so, where do i find it. because it's not in my fuse panel. please help!! trying to pass inspection

Welcome to the forum, check voltage circuits at the dimmer switch. Voltage circuit to dimmer switch is lite green with black tracer for high beam. That circuit comes from headlamp switch to dimmer. Maybe a dimmer issue?

is my dimmer on my steering column? does this involve taking the column apart?

My info shows the picture below. I'd also have to check wiring circuit.
