how to replace a timing belt on a 1993 dodge colt

we lost the timing belt on our car.we are trying to replace but we can't get the bottom pulley off .its a 1.5lt 1993 dodge colt car.do you have any ideas of how to do it.

Yes it's called a harmonic balance and you remove it with a harmonic balance puller...Get it at autozone they charge 40.00 security deposit and refund it when you bring the tool back!
