2008 Dodge Charger steering wheel shake

hey guys been dealing with this issue for quite sometime.when im driving at highway speed 65-75 mph the steering wheel shakes like crazy,slow speeds no problem the faster you go the more its noticed.had tires balanced,and rotated still shaking.front tires have aprox 25k,and rears where replaced 10k miles ago.
