2007 Dodge Charger

Recently I drove through some flood water that was kind of high.I cut the car off and went back a few hours later and the car wouldn't start.the headlights,radio,locks,and alarm are still working.could it be my starter?

If the vehicle was in rather deep water than it could be many different electrical components that got damaged, including the main computer..You will need to let it dry out for a day or two and see if it starts. If it doesn't than it will need to have electrical components inspected for water damage..
