2006 Dodge Charger warning lights

Twice now, several days apart, I have had 2 lights come on simultaneously. One is the Electronic Throttle Control light (which flashes), and the other is the Electronic Stability Program Indicator light. While driving along, all of a sudden both these lights will come on. When I pull the car over, put it in park, it idles roughly. (only when those lights are lit) Then I shut off the car completely, and then restart it and everything is fine. The car runs beautifully when those two lights are not lit.
