Engine Mechanical problem
1974 Dodge Challenger V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
its a 360 hp rebuilt .030+ w/stock rods stock crank hp cam engine was decked .005 and slght modified ...my problem is i get a vibration at 1100 rpm goes away at 1700 rpm and returns at 2000 rpm above 2150--2200 goes away .....i did have the engine balanced and i have a torque converter that does not have any weights .....neutral balance 2500 stall....also in the performance world b+m racing makes a flexplate with a notch cut out of it .....they use the term as less is equal.....the car in park engine running i feel the vibration in the steering wheel and transfers to the console ....goes away after 2500-3000 rpm......could this be a balancing problem
