only one brake working

I am trying to figure out what would make only one brake work on my caravan. The front drivers side and both back are not getting any fluid. Also have very bad pedal pressure. Would this be a master cylinder?

An important clue is in what the brake pedal feels like. "Bad" doesn't tell us that. If the brake pedal is too high and too hard, a good suspect is the brake fluid was contaminated with a petroleum product. You would see the rubber bladder seal under the reservoir cap is blown up and mushy. One front brake would be dragging too and getting hot.
