Wheel bearings on '03 Caravan

I have an '03 Caravan with 4 wheel disc ABS brakes, 2WD. I want to do some preventive maintenance on the wheel bearings when I change brake pads this weekend. Any pointers on getting to the wheel bearings? How much trouble and/or difficulty is it? Thanks

The wheel bearings are sealed. You cannot remove and grease them like the old ones. Once they go bad you have to have new ones pressed in at a local machine shop. They last on average about 150K miles.
