My 1998 Dodge Caravan 3.3 is idliing at nearly 2000rpm in park, aroung 1500 in drive and around 1000 if the air is on. The check engine light came ome andf the Codes were P0700 and P1294. I have checked out all the vacuum lines I can find and replaced mort of them but the issue presist. I am at a lost.
