I guess let me start with the basics.

I've had the car for about 2 months, and I just drive it 5 miles a day. Recently, I noticed that when the car is stopped and I press on the gas, it doesn't do anywhere, it just revs up, and then it catches and goes. I thought it was because I didn't give it time to warm up, but now the problem seems to be occurring at least 1-3 times before the car gets going. I want to be proactive and change whatever is wrong before it gets worse.
