REAR BRAKE LIGHTS

the rear tailights and brake light will not go off they stay on constantly not intermittenly looked around brake pedal and saw nothing loose Help 2006 dodge caravan, 10,013;3.8l engine :)

hey are you sure tail and brake lights are on,i'll bet its just the brake lights,i would ck the brake light switch try pulling up on pedal to see if they go out,try to test switch with test light should only have power on one side(not depresswed) if you have power across the switch i would suspect a bad switch ck. it out let me know what you find
