Check engine light on and code P1486

I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan 120,000 km and the check engine light is on. i scanned the code and came out P1486. what should I do and what does this mean "Evap Leak Monitor Pinched Hose" or "Evaporation Hose Clamped"?

The code is for an evaporator system failure.

You need a scan tool to monitor the system. It offers a bay test on the system and you can monitor that system while the test is active to find the root cause of failure.
