how to change wheel bearing

i have a 2000 grand caravan,84000mi. 3.3 eng. and when I put it in rev. or drive. it makes a clunking noise coming from my right tire.i took it off and the tire spun freely while lifted off the ground and this is a front wheel drive, so wheel bearing right? what do i need to fix it

I would check youre strut mounts, For play, Also ball joints, Outter tie rod ends. If youre wheel bearing is no good, If u turn a corner it will grind, Like metal to metal sound, Even driving down the road, It will be noticed as well.
