I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. 2.2 ltr. Base Model
There are several things happening with my electrics. Firstly my horn stopped working. Around the same time I noticed that my seatbelt light was on and now stays on. I cecked all fuses and relays and they are good. What could be wrong?
Secondly, my new stereo was recently stolen so I decided to plug back in the old one. While connecting the ground I believe I blew a fuse because my dome lights went out. Now my dome lights won't come when I open my doors, but it will if the ignition is in the on position. Also normally I could turn on my headlights and park lights on with the ignition off now I can't. Again I checked all possible fuses and they are fine.
Any suggestions. Is there a third fuse box I am not seeing?
